How to I make purchases at online casinos or other merchants using my Click2Pay account?

Making purchases using your Click2Pay account is simple. When you signup for an account you'll receive a Personal Account Number. The combination of your e-mail address and you're Personal Account Number will be required when making purchases at online casinos or other merchants.

How will I know when my account if confirmed?

After filling out all your signup information on the Click2Pay website you'll receive a confirmation e-mail automatically.

Can I keep track of the purchases I make using Click2Pay, and if so how can I view them?

Yes 100% of your transactions are logged. You can view your transactions by logging into your Click2Pay account on the www.click2pay.com and going to the Transactions tab. Here you'll find a listing of your most recent transactions as well as you purchases. On top of this you'll also receive a confirmation e-mail with the details of any purchases you make. It's highly recommended that you print this information out for each confirmation and keep it in a safe place just in case.

What do I need in order to make a payment?

In order to pay at an online casino using the Click2Pay banking option you'll need your Click2Pay username which will be the e-mail address you registered with and your Click2Pay Personal Account Number. If you forgot your Personal Account Number you can retrieve this information very easily by selecting the Account tab and clicking on the Security Setting link on the right hand site of the Click2Pay website.

In general how long will it take until my bank account or credit card information is charged?

Direct EFT (Electronic Fund Transfers) or in other words making payments using your bank account will usually be charged 2 - 3 days after the transaction. As for credit card transactions they are charged immediately and will appear on your next credit card statement.

Is there a spending limit to my Click2Pay account?

Does Click2Pay cost anything to use?

Signing up for you Click2Pay account is free of charge, however Click2Pay does charge a 3% rate for every credit card purchase on a casino or gaming related web sites. There are additional charges for processing withdrawals that are done by check and these are in the range of $2.00.
